PEARL RIVER, NY -- Residents of a small, boring hamlet are abuzz with excitement after the discovery of a bee with a human face.
The bee was found by local gymnast Jim Nast. "Huh-ha-huh-huh," he grunted during multiple somersaults when asked for comment.
The bee is the same size as a normal honey bee but has a face resembling Judd Nelson. Mr. Nast's wife, Conde, says the bee was just hovering outside their kitchen window, looking at the flowers they keep inside. "Maybe he was looking for work. He's probably been down on his luck since we ended the Breakfast Club, which was a club me and Jean Monahan started where we ate different cereals and also let the bees in. To, you know, look around?"
Judd Nelson the Bee is in captivity at the Pearl River Animal Institute and Celebrity Relaxation and Welcome Center. He will join Liberace the Pigeon and Moose from Saved by the Bell the Moose as soon as he's cut open and pinned to cardboard.
Jean Monahan died in 1986.
